MELAKA SENTRAL BUS TERMINAL
Melaka Sentral serves the express bus service leaving for and coming from Singapore and major cities (like Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Mersing etc) in Malaysia. Two most popular and highly sought-after routes are bus from Melaka to Singapore and bus from Melaka to KL.

Panorama Melaka Sdn Bhd, formerly known as PM Cultural & Tourism Pvt. Limited. is a privately held company and owned by the state government of Melaka. Our biggest holders is Melaka Foundation (40%), followed by (CMI) of Chief Minister Incorporated (40%) and lastly Group Melaka Berhad (20%). Panorama Melaka offered many services such as public bus, taxis, cars rental and car service centre under the branding of Proton Edar.
The Panorama Buses are always available throughout the city. The buses provide public transportation for all to get around Melaka at a cheaper price. Look out for the buses written “PANORAMA” hop in and buy the ticket on board. All Panorama buses begin their journey from Melaka Sentral Bus Terminal and almost every Panorama buses are now with an air conditioner system for every customer comfort and convenience.

TRISHAWS
Another option of going around the Historic Sites of Melaka is the historic Trishaws.
Trishaws or becas complete with blaring pop music and fake flowers are available as well for short trips between tourist spots or circular tours. The drivers are very cheerful and friendly. The going rate is RM 40 per hour, but settles any price in advance.
Trishaw also known as tricycle rickshaw or pedicab, is undeniably one of the unique attractions in Melaka. Most of the tourists will be amazed on the efforts of decoration put on the trishaws in Melaka rather than other states in Malaysia. The decorated trishaws were one of the identity or icons of Melaka.
Many can be found at the Stadhuys and around the Clock Tower, The Parking area in The Area of the Replica Palace of the Sultan of Melaka, in Jonkers Walk and around Jalan Kota.

TAXIS
In Melaka, the taxi services are also advisable. Tourist can take the taxi from Melaka Sentral, and the price is around RM20+ to Melaka Stadhuys during daytime. Metered taxis are the norm, and haggling is prohibited in all metered taxis. RM15- RM20 should be enough to bring around town. The taxi from Melaka Sentral bus station to Jonker Walk is around RM12 at 7pm.
Taxi Drivers are quite tourist friendly though not all taxi drivers will speak English. A few taxi drivers also maintain their business cards for more business from tourists.

PRIVATE TOUR VANS
There are many tour companies offering day tours of Melaka from Kuala Lumpur and they can be by Big Tour Buses, Private Vans and Private AUV’s. Big tour buses are usually cheaper and will coast around RM 220 to RM 240 if without lunch and RM 260 to RM 280 with lunch included.
Private tour van tour will cost more at RM 320 or more per person (lunch not included) but the best deal here is that customers can go around the attractions around Malacca at their own pace.
